Thriving communities have become integral for products, services, protocols, projects, and organizations. Communities are a great place for participants to get support, give feedback, contribute, and just hang out. However, the process of managing an engaging community is extremely time consuming and manual. More often than not, communities are flooded with people asking the same questions over and over again and many high potential new members get lost and churn due to a poor onboarding experience.
